“İsveç ve Finlandiya’nın NATO Üyeliği İçin
Sürgünlerin Pazarlık Konusu Yapılmasını Reddediyoruz. ”

Her türlü sorunu fırsata çevirip kendi siyasal ömrünü uzatmaya çabalayan AKP iktidarı bu sefer de İsveç ve Finlandiya`nın NATO`ya üyelik başvurusundan ne koparabilirim diye harekete geçti. Bunun için de bu ülkelerdeki sürgünleri ve muhalifleri şantaj aracı olarak kullanmayı deniyor.

Aralarında üyemiz Ragıp Zarakolu`nun da bulunduğu 30 kişilik bir sürgünler listesi basına yansımış durumda. Ragıp Zarakolu, 2012 den beri uluslararası hukuk kurallarına uygun olarak iltica statüsünde İsveç’te bulunuyor.

Ancak hiçbir hukuk kuralını tanımayan TC Devleti aynı şekilde Avrupa ülkelerine de bu hukuksuzluğunu dayatmaya çalışıyor. Bunun için de her fırsatta buradaki sürgünleri ve muhalifleri bir şantaj aracı olarak kullanmayı sürdürüyor.

Sefalet ve ürküntüyle boğuşan toplumu ülke içinde ekmek kuyruklarına sürerken, uluslararası hukuk ihlallerini alışkanlık haline getirip, sürgün statüsünü lümpen bir tüccar pazarlığına indirgeyen bu tutum sadece utanç vericidir.

Uluslararası hukuğun onayladığı sürgünlük statüsünün muhatabı kurum ve yapıları bu gerçeğin tahrif edilmesine, indirgenme ve sıradanlaşmasına karşı sorumluluklarını bir kez daha hatırlatırız.

Hiç bir sürgün tehditten ve şantajdan korkmuyor. Faşizme direniyoruz. Zindanlar boşalacak, biz ülkemize döneceğiz!

“We refuse to accept the political exiles being made a bargaining chip in the NATO membership application process by Sweden and Finland “.

Turkey’s AKP government who tries to turn every single crisis into their own advantage for survival has this time commenced a process to look ways to exploit the NATO membership application by Sweden and Finland .

They are now using the political exiles that live in these countries as a tool to blackmail the applicant states .

A list of 30 exiles which include our member Ragip Zarakolu is already published in the media to be the list Turkey wish to extradite .

Ragip Zarakolu is currently living in Sweden as part of international Refugee Convention since 2012. He has a refugee status.

However the Turkish State who doesn’t recognise any legal rule is forcing its lawlessness on the European Countries .

That is why it is using the exiles and dissidents that are based in Europe as tool of blackmail .

It is matter of shame for this state whose societies are queuing up for plain bread and living with a life of poverty and fear. It is the same state that are riding on its habit of lawlessness at home has now reduced the subject of refugee status to market bargaining can only be described as a lumpy behaviour.

We invite international jurisprudence organisations and institutions to protect the status of refugee status and not allow it to be damaged .

None of the exiles on the other hand are scared of this blackmail .

We are resisting against the fascism . The gaols will be emptied and we will return to our country .
